Remote control

Remote control lets you carry on a Claude chat from your phone or a browser. The chat does not move: it keeps running on your Mac with your files and tools, and your phone becomes another window into it.

• History shows on both sides.
• Messages from either side stay in sync.
• Approval requests appear on both the Mac and the other device.
• Your Mac must stay on and awake.

1. 1In a Claude chat, run /remote-control, or click Claude Remote Control in the chat header and choose Enable.
2. 2Open the chat in a browser from the banner above the message box, or pick it up in the Claude mobile app.
3. 3Run the command again, or choose Disconnect, to stop.
