One plan, both ways to work

Plans differ in monthly credits, VD Code Agent usage limits, concurrent generations, storage, and team features. Starter includes 100 free credits. Paid plans range from 2,500 to 125,000 credits/month and include video export.

Yes, on every plan including Starter. ADE is a free download for Apple silicon Macs on macOS 15 or later. It uses the same VideoDraft account as Studio. Media generation uses your VideoDraft credits unless you use a supported personal key. VD Code Agent has separate usage limits and only uses credits if you turn on extra usage.

No. You can use VD Code Agent with your VideoDraft account, or connect your own supported subscriptions and keys. Agent options include Claude, Codex, OpenCode and Grok. Fal and ElevenLabs keys work with supported media models. Connected provider usage is billed through that provider. VD Code Agent has usage limits on your plan and only uses credits if you turn on extra usage.

VideoDraft credits cover media generation. VD Code Agent has separate usage limits and only uses credits if you turn on extra usage. Media costs depend on the model, duration, resolution, quality, audio and reference inputs. AI Studio shows the credit estimate before generation. Paid plan allowances reset monthly, including on annual billing, and unused monthly credits do not roll over. Starter's 100 credits are a one-time grant and do not reset. Top-ups are 100 credits per $1 on every plan, are held separately, and do not expire. Supported personal keys are billed through their provider instead of VideoDraft credits.

Crew includes 125,000 credits each month on both monthly and annual billing. It includes everything in Studio, plus a personal 24x7 AI Crew, custom workflows, custom models, full production support, white-glove onboarding, and dedicated support. You get 10 concurrent generations and 1TB storage, with additional credits available at 100 credits per $1.

All plans include access to state-of-the-art AI models. See the list above for image, video, voice, sound and 3D options and their starting credit costs. The app and model catalog show the available models and settings for each task. Starter includes the same models, with 100 free credits to try them.

Yes, upgrade or downgrade anytime. Changes apply immediately with prorated billing. Annual plans save 20% compared to monthly.

Starter includes VideoDraft ADE for Mac and 100 free credits to explore VideoDraft's AI tools. You can buy more credits at 100 per $1 without a subscription. Video export requires a paid plan.

Yes, on every plan including Starter. The MCP connector links Claude, ChatGPT, Codex, or Cursor to your VideoDraft account with a browser sign-in and no API keys. The videodraft CLI gives you the same tools from your terminal for scripts and batches. Media generation uses the same credit balance as Studio and ADE, or a supported personal key when enabled.
