Fix a problem in the web app

1. 1Open the AI Studio project where you made it.
2. 2If it is still working, wait. Clicking Create again starts, and pays for, a new job.
3. 3If it shows Failed, read the error. Check the required inputs, length, resolution and account.
4. 4Fix the cause, then click Retry.

If an agent started the job, ask it to check the same job instead of starting another.

• Check you are signed in to the right account and workspace.
• Open the right project. Results made inside a video project, character or product are saved there.
• Turn off Favorites if it is on.
• If only the download failed, download the finished result again instead of remaking it.

Settings from the previous model may not work with the new one. Check the ratio, length, resolution and references after switching. If the model button says Requires image input, add an image first. If you use your own Fal or ElevenLabs key, see using your own keys.

Look for clips still generating, missing clips or scenes with errors. Finish or replace them, play the timeline, then export again.

Include the project, when you made the request, the model and settings, and the exact error. Say whether the result exists and only the download failed. Never send API keys or passwords.
