Share with a public link or invite people.

What to share#

| AI Studio inside a video project | Click Open project to share, then share the video project with Share Project. |

Share a view-only link#
- 1Open Share on the project.
- 2Turn on Public link: anyone with the link can view. Only the owner sees this switch.
- 3Copy the link and open it in a private browser window to see what others see.
- 4Turn Public link off to stop sharing. People keep anything they already downloaded.
Invite people#
- 1In Share, type an email address under Enter email address.
- 2Pick Viewer to let them look, or Editor to let them work on it, and send the invite.
- 3People with access and Pending invites show who is in.
- 4The owner can change roles or remove people from the same list.
Leaving and deleting
People who are not the owner see Leave session, which removes only their own access. When the owner deletes the project, it is gone for everyone.
