1. Purpose

Some VideoDraft AI Inc. ("VideoDraft," "we," "our," or "us") plans include "unlimited" image and/or video generation for eligible models. This Fair Use & Unlimited Usage Policy explains how unlimited usage works and the limits that keep it sustainable and fair for everyone. It is incorporated into and forms part of our Terms of Service.

2. What "Unlimited" Means

On eligible plans, unlimited usage lets you generate content with designated models without drawing down your monthly credits, subject to this policy. Unlimited usage is designed around the needs of a typical individual creator using the Services in a normal, interactive way.

Unlimited does not mean unmetered, instantaneous, or guaranteed-capacity access. Which models are included, and the way unlimited usage is delivered, may change over time as our models, costs, and capacity evolve. We do not publish exact thresholds, internal credit values, or rate formulas, and they may be adjusted at any time to protect the quality and availability of the Services for all users.

3. Fair Use

To keep unlimited usage sustainable, it is subject to fair use. When usage materially exceeds what a typical individual creator would generate, or when our systems are under heavy load, your generations may be slowed, queued, or processed at relaxed (lower-priority) rates. There is no fixed cap on the amount you can ultimately create through normal interactive use; very high-volume usage simply moves to a slower lane so that capacity remains available for everyone.

4. Individual, Human Use Only

Unlimited usage is provided for individual, human use through the standard VideoDraft interface. The following are prohibited and constitute abuse of unlimited usage:

• Using bots, scripts, automation, scraping, or other programmatic means to generate content at machine scale or to circumvent rate or usage limits.
• Sharing, pooling, or transferring your account or credentials so that more than one person uses a single unlimited entitlement.
• Reselling, sublicensing, redistributing, or otherwise commercializing access to unlimited generation.
• Operating a service, product, or pipeline whose primary purpose is to extract generations from VideoDraft on behalf of others.
• Any other use intended to artificially inflate usage or evade the limits described in this policy.

5. Monitoring and Enforcement

We monitor usage patterns to protect the Services and detect abuse. If we detect unusual activity or a suspected violation of this policy, we may, at our sole discretion and with or without notice:

• Slow, queue, or apply relaxed rates to your generations;
• Temporarily pause unlimited access while we review your account;
• Restrict or revoke access to unlimited usage; and/or
• Suspend or terminate your account for repeated or serious abuse, consistent with our Acceptable Use Policy and Terms of Service.

Reserving unlimited access for genuine individual creators allows us to keep offering it. We appreciate your help in keeping it fair for the whole community.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date above. Your continued use of the Services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
