DMCA / Copyright Policy

Last Updated: June 3, 2026

1. Our Commitment

VideoDraft AI Inc. ("VideoDraft," "we," "our," or "us") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"), we respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement and may remove or disable access to material that is the subject of a valid notice. This policy is incorporated into and forms part of our Terms of Service.

2. Filing a Notice of Infringement

If you believe that material available on or through the Services infringes your copyright, you may submit a written notice to our designated agent (below) that includes all of the following:

  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or a representative list if multiple works are covered by a single notice.
  • Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and that you want removed or disabled, with information reasonably sufficient to allow us to locate it (e.g., a URL or description).
  • Your contact information, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be liable for damages.

3. Designated Copyright Agent

Notices of alleged infringement should be sent to:

Copyright Agent
VideoDraft AI Inc.
Email: contact@videodraft.ai
Address: VideoDraft AI Inc., 37573 Summer Holly Common, Fremont, CA, 94536

4. Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a written counter-notification to our designated agent that includes:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location at which it appeared before it was removed or disabled.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  • Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if outside the United States, any judicial district in which we may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notice or their agent.

If we receive a valid counter-notification, we may restore the removed material in accordance with the DMCA unless the original complainant files a court action seeking to restrain the allegedly infringing activity.

5. Repeat Infringers

In appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, we will suspend or terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date above.
