Acceptable Use Policy
Last Updated: June 3, 2026
1. Overview
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes content and conduct that is prohibited when you access or use the VideoDraft AI Inc. ("VideoDraft," "we," "our," or "us") website, products, and services (the "Services"). This AUP is incorporated into and forms part of our Terms of Service. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meaning given in the Terms of Service.
Because VideoDraft is an AI content-generation platform, this AUP applies to everything you do on the Services, including the prompts and instructions you submit, the materials you upload, the content you generate, and the way you share or distribute that content. You are responsible for your use of the Services and for any content you create, upload, or distribute through them.
2. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use the Services to:
- Violate any applicable law, statute, ordinance, or regulation, or solicit or encourage others to do so.
- Infringe, misappropriate, or violate the intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of VideoDraft or any third party.
- Transmit unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, junk mail, spam, or any other form of solicitation.
- Distribute viruses, malware, or other malicious code, or otherwise interfere with, damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Services.
- Access the Services through automated scripts, bots, scrapers, or other unauthorized means, or attempt to circumvent rate limits, usage limits, or technical or security measures.
- Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
- Collect, harvest, or track the personal information of others without authorization.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code, models, or underlying technology of the Services, except to the extent permitted by law.
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute access to the Services except as expressly permitted by your plan.
3. Prohibited Content
You may not use the Services to generate, upload, store, or distribute content that:
- Depicts, sexualizes, or endangers minors in any way.
- Depicts a real, identifiable person in a sexual, intimate, defamatory, or misleading manner without their consent, including non-consensual intimate imagery ("deepfakes") and synthetic media that uses a real person's face, likeness, or voice without authorization.
- Promotes, incites, or facilitates terrorism, violent extremism, self-harm, suicide, or serious violence, or that is excessively graphic or gratuitously violent (gore).
- Promotes hatred, harassment, bullying, or discrimination against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, or any other protected characteristic.
- Facilitates fraud, scams, phishing, election or voter manipulation, or the impersonation of public figures, brands, or organizations for deceptive purposes.
- Provides instructions for, or otherwise facilitates, illegal activity or serious harm (for example, weapons, dangerous goods, or illicit drugs).
- Otherwise violates applicable law or the rights of others.
4. Adult and NSFW Content
VideoDraft is intended for general, professional, and creative audiences. Sexual, pornographic, or sexually explicit ("NSFW") content is not supported on the Services. We may deploy automated and manual filters that block prompts, inputs, or outputs we believe are intended to produce such content.
Attempting to generate, generating, or distributing NSFW content through the Services — including attempts to circumvent or "jailbreak" our safety filters — may result in prompt filtering, restriction or removal of features, suspension, or permanent termination of your account at our sole discretion. We do not commit to a fixed number of warnings before taking action.
5. Zero-Tolerance Violations
Certain conduct will result in immediate termination of your account without notice and, where appropriate, reporting to law enforcement or relevant authorities. This includes any content that:
- Constitutes child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or sexualizes minors in any form. We report apparent CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or applicable authorities.
- Constitutes non-consensual intimate imagery or sexual content depicting a real, identifiable person without consent.
- Facilitates terrorism, human trafficking, or other serious crimes.
6. Responsibility for Generated Content
AI-generated outputs can be inaccurate, may resemble existing works, and may not be protectable or lawful to use in every jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and determining the suitability and legality of any content you generate before using, publishing, or distributing it, and for obtaining any rights, releases, or permissions required for your inputs and intended use.
7. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations of this AUP and take any action we consider appropriate, including: filtering or blocking prompts or outputs; removing or disabling access to content; issuing a warning; restricting, throttling, suspending, or revoking access to features (including unlimited usage); and suspending or permanently terminating accounts. The action we take depends on the nature and severity of the violation, and serious violations may result in immediate termination without prior notice. These remedies are in addition to any rights we have under the Terms of Service and applicable law.
8. Reporting Abuse
If you believe content or activity on the Services violates this AUP, please report it to us at contact@videodraft.ai. For copyright complaints, please see our DMCA / Copyright Policy.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date above. Your continued use of the Services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised AUP.
